LES: Childish Gambino

Here’s a treat for you Childish Gambino fans that didn’t get to check out one of the live shows during the Camp tour last year: This is the video I directed for the track “LES.” I filmed it in the Lower East Side neighborhood of New York City last spring, but until now, it was only shown on stage during performances. Enjoy.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell
and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her
ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic
but I had to tell someone!

Much is claimed and written about the crimes committed through the aborigines
contrary to the white man, however it has to be remembered
that the blacks received great provocation.
The breaking-in of young wild steers to work inside
team seemed somewhat cruel. As the atmosphere did start to disintegrate
around me, I felt a fresh strength forge
    into my thoughts.

This video is great and shows the personality of the city well. I also like the grading on it. It feels like it was shot on a 5D (which is a really good thing).
